We are running a very special course beginning April 8, 2024.  This course is going to delve into not just the mechanics and magic of the body and how to best nourish and feed your physical self but also take you on a journey with others deep into the realms of healing and rejuvenation.

We want to discover what you as a magical being are truly capable of.  We're not just going to preach to you, oh no, we are going to be on this journey with you - running beside you, cheering you on as you cheer each other on.  We are going to be getting down each day with you and watching the changes within ourselves so that we can all feed off the collective energy of magic and change.  We don't want to stand on a pulpit because we all know what it's like to lose your mojo, that's why we developed this course!

From Seed stage in the first month to Bud stage in the second month to Bloom stage in the final month, we will be with you every step of the way, doing the work and helping you along.

So just who are your guides on this journey?

Bridget Clare specialises in Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Rongoā, and Regenerative Health Coaching. She is a protogee of Dr Zach Bush and will be leading with the science and magic of beauty and radiance at every level

Melly Rose is a Healer, Bodyworker, Bowen Therapist, Trauma Release and Integration Specialist, and Spiritual Counsellor working wholistically with clients both online and in person from Sydney.

Melly has a degree in psychology and sociology, is a Reiki master and teacher, a Bowen practitioner, has an ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage plus has attended many workshops around the world. She has also run regular workshops on many different topics, taught Reiki and spiritual healing, run a free meditation and support circle for several years, offered free daily light language meditations 6 days a week over covid lockdowns and spoke on main stage at NZ Spirit Festival 2022 on Sovereignty and Empowerment as well as appearing as a guest on RCR Radio on New Earth Frequencies and the Power of Collective Impact.

Joanne Webb is a Self-Love Empowerment Goddess who guides individuals on a journey to Radical Self-Worth, Love, Divine Femininity, Empowerment, Confidence and Abundance, she has traversed her own incredible journey out of pain and into power and is also a health and fitness trainer working on all levels of radiance from the inside out.
