Service Description

It is so beneficial to introduce your teen to healing and bodywork at a young age as we can release so much faster the younger they are. I use gentle rolling movements over muscle, tendon and tissue to aid in the release of emotions and physical pain. It is highly recommended to book 3 sessions for the full benefit. 45 minutes is adequate for teens and I am able to mentor them as a neutral party through emotional difficulty if they choose.
