4. Bookings & Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or as directed by Melly Rose.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability.
• In rare and genuine emergencies, Melly may at her sole discretion offer an opportunity to rebook.

5. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the energetic nature of this work and the commitment of time and preparation required, no refunds will be issued once a session is booked, including for missed appointments, change of mind, or perceived lack of results.

6. In-Person Sessions
In-person sessions are held in a private space at Melly’s residence in Sydney.
By attending an in-person session, you agree to:
• Respect the home and space as sacred and safe.
• Arrive on time and in a sober, grounded state.
• Disclose any health conditions or physical limitations relevant to the session.
• Understand that while the space is held with the utmost care, you enter at your own risk, and Melly Rose is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents that may occur on the premises.
